Situated next to BCA, Yotta, Mr. DIY, Alfamidi and just across from KFC. Truly a strategic location to position yourself for touring the Bone Area. Everyday, in my 10 day stay, you get two water bottles and the housekeeping diligently keeps the room clean. Breakfast at the hotel is a unique experience for the various jamu concoctions available on the buffet table. The hot shower water in my room takes a while to heat up though. Perhaps it's because I stayed at the old building. I did not stay at the new building at the back, but at the old building on the front side that is next to the hotel's karaoke bar. Yet, thanks to being used to loud noises during theatre performances, the loud karaoke singing did not disturb my sleep at all.
Still the best hotel in Bone, believe me! For deluxe room, it costs IDR600K include breakfast even tho you will find limited choice of buffet provided but the taste is not really bad! They have one day laundry service which helps us during long busines trip, the laundry cost IDR50K/service.
Much of the hotel is very new, fresh and well decorated. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately the walls may be a bit thin as we could hear other guests. And somehow in a non-smoking room there was smoke coming thru the ventilation system into our bathroom...
Good value but the pool needs to be maintained better. There was probably too much chlorine, it ruined two bathing suits of our children and caused frizzy hair and headaches. Rooms are fine and service is impeccable.
All staff very friendly especially Mr Iyan. make us comfort stay in this hotel, room is clean, food is delicious, location in the center of Town.

Newest hotel in town. There are a few improvements needed in the shower flow, sink clogged. The linens are good Pillow are the right size. The staff is customer oriented Breakfast is very Indonesian The variety of food is ok. There are 2 buildings I recommend the newest one. The prices are different too. There is karaoke in one of the floors A coffee shop/restaurant at the ground floor of the older building. The rates are negotiable if corporate. Good location Please install a light switch for the mirror light. We never managed to turn it off.
Staying here for a day, deluxe room at the back part of the building, located at the center of Bone city, just at the main bussiness areas, they have Convention hall, pool, gym, restaurant and cafe Actually i love the hotel, its clean, comfy, cool aircon, and has TV, also friendly staffs with quite complete amenities. I just have problem with the bathroom, clogged water sewer at the shower part, it took some time for the water to drain, the same case with the sink, its very uncomfortable. The breakfast is great, but please, provide flies/insects machine killer. But, as a first timer in Bone, i love it. Novena worth a try!
